Daniel Ricciardo has created an out-of-court arrangement to settle a legal dispute where his former director has been claiming more than #10m.
In July claiming he hadnt been paid commissions owed the Renault contract of Ricciardo a lawsuit filed in the London High Court.
Beavis explained in a statement that the pair hadreached an amicable settlement within the amounts due.
Ricciardo explained:We met and its been put to bed rather than at all a terrible way.
The 30-year-old Australian added that he had beenrelieved to deliver an end to this situation.
It stopped a whole lot sweeter than it seemed a couple of months ago, Ricciardo explained.
I believe up until now it did not really weigh me if it lasted andd gone another year or 2 down the track, then for sure it would have been something that I did not need. It could be, so Im more happy to place it behind me even if you think yous not distracting.
Its not something we needed. It wasnt comfortable, I suppose. I believe [were ] both relieved.
